My New Target this MId Sem Break

Assalamualaikum..

sementara nak tunggu aku habis download drama shut up flower boy band

aku nak crita pasal apa yang aku nak wat masa cuti sem ni..

video bawah ni adalah diantaranya ye..

walaupun nak wat Macarons ni banyak pantang larang nye..

tapi aku still nak buat gak.. huhu..

[RESEPI] Apam Polka Dot / Dot-dot

Assalamualaikum..

dah lama betul aku tak update blog ni...

sibuk ngan study.. haha.. study ka???? study FB banyak la..hahah

hari ni rasa nak tulis post pasal resepi..

saja... hahaha.. macam besalah..

kuih ni dah lama dah aku buat.. baru sekarang rasa 

share kat blog.. huhuhu..

BAHAN-BAHAN

3 biji telor (yang baru keluar dari petis ais)

1 cawan gula (nak kurangkan pun boleh. ^^)

2 cawan tepung kek naik sendiri

2 sudu teh baking powder

1 sudu kecil ovalette (lebih sikit pun boleh.. lagi gebu..^^)

1 cawan susu segar (pakai susu tepung pun boleh..)

2 penutup esen vanilla

CARA-CARA

* telur + gula (putar dalam 2 minit..)

* tepung + baking powder + ovalette + susu (tuang sikit-sikit) + esen vanilla

* putar selama 7-8 minit 

* pastikan adunan tu jangan pekat sangat dan jangan cair sangat..

* tuang adunan dalam bekas yang berasingan 

* warnakan adunan ikut citarasa 

 * masukkan adunan dalam piping bag..

ikut step macam dalam gambar ni..

* kukus dalam 10-15 minit..

dan ini hasil dari air tangan aku dengan berapa kali attempt barulah menjadi..hehe..
